Postaven\u00ed nohou n\u00e1m umo\u017e\u0148uje projevovat z\u00e1kladn\u00ed lokomoci \u010dlov\u011bka, tedy ch\u016fzi. A ch\u016fze jak dob\u0159e v\u00edme, velice \u00fazce souvis\u00ed s na\u0161\u00edm dr\u017een\u00edm t\u011bla. Pokud je tedy postaven\u00ed nohou \u0161patn\u00e9, ovliv\u0148uje to nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u011b cel\u00fd postur\u00e1ln\u00ed syst\u00e9m a vznikaj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 svalov\u00e9 dysbalance a bolest. Proto je postaven\u00ed nohou a spr\u00e1vn\u011b proveden\u00fd krok velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd prvek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>   Noha je termin\u00e1ln\u00edm \u010dl\u00e1nkem kon\u010detiny, kter\u00e1 pln\u00ed specifickou lokomo\u010dn\u00ed funkci. Pro tuto funkci je nezbytn\u00e9, aby spr\u00e1vn\u011b plnila funkci statickou (nosnou) tzn. funkci opory vzp\u0159\u00edmen\u00e9ho t\u011bla, dynamickou (lokomo\u010dn\u00ed), kter\u00e1 je nezbytn\u00e1 pro ch\u016fzi a b\u011bh a adapta\u010dn\u00ed slou\u017e\u00edc\u00ed ke tlumen\u00ed n\u00e1razu. K tomu je pot\u0159eba, aby byla dostate\u010dn\u011b flexibiln\u00ed, ale i rigidn\u00ed. Pru\u017enost nohy zaji\u0161\u0165uje tvar jednotliv\u00fdch kost\u00ed, jejich vz\u00e1jemn\u00e1 ligament\u00f3zn\u00ed struktura a fixace no\u017en\u00edch kleneb svalov\u00fdm apar\u00e1tem b\u00e9rce a nohy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>   Z\u00e1kladem pro spr\u00e1vnou funkci a stabilitu nohy je, aby byla podep\u0159en\u00e1 ve t\u0159ech bodech, mezi kter\u00fdmi mus\u00ed b\u00fdt t\u011b\u017ei\u0161t\u011b. Tzn., \u017ee noha m\u00e1 t\u0159i op\u011brn\u00e9 body; hrbol patn\u00ed kosti, hlavi\u010dka prvn\u00edho metatarzu (bod na mal\u00edkov\u00e9 stran\u011b zespodu) a hlavi\u010dka p\u00e1t\u00e9ho metatarzu (bod na palcov\u00e9 stran\u011b zespodu). Mezi t\u011bmito t\u0159emi op\u011brn\u00fdmi body je vytvo\u0159ena no\u017en\u00ed klenba pod\u00e9ln\u00e1 a p\u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00e1, kter\u00e1 chr\u00e1n\u00ed m\u011bkk\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b plosky nohy a umo\u017e\u0148uje t\u00edm jej\u00ed pru\u017en\u00fd n\u00e1\u0161lap. Pro pru\u017enou ch\u016fzi, stoj a pohybov\u00e9 stereotypy je nesm\u00edrn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 udr\u017een\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b obou kleneb. Klenby jsou udr\u017eov\u00e1ny pasivn\u011b; tvarem a architektonikou kost\u00ed, klouby a vazy a aktivn\u011b; pomoc\u00ed svalstva nohy a b\u00e9rce. Jej\u00ed dynamickou adaptaci zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed smy\u010dky dlouh\u00fdch l\u00fdtkov\u00fdch sval\u016f, kter\u00e9 funguj\u00ed jako t\u0159men podporuj\u00edc\u00ed klenbu p\u0159i z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ei. P\u0159i poru\u0161e ligament\u00f3zn\u00edho nebo svalov\u00e9ho apar\u00e1tu doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke zm\u011bn\u00e1m tvaru nohy a t\u00edm k deformit\u00e1m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>   Tak a kone\u010dn\u011b se dost\u00e1v\u00e1me k nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti a tou je f\u00e1ze kroku, kter\u00e1 je nezbytn\u00e1 pro spr\u00e1vnou funkci postur\u00e1ln\u00edho syst\u00e9mu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>   Krok se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 ze dvou z\u00e1kladn\u00edch f\u00e1z\u00ed, z f\u00e1ze \u0161vihov\u00e9 a z f\u00e1ze stojn\u00e9. F\u00e1ze stojn\u00e1 je doba, kdy je noha v kontaktu s podlo\u017ekou. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>   F\u00e1ze kroku: 1. Po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed (inici\u00e1ln\u00ed) kontakt paty s podlo\u017ekou \u2013 v t\u00e9to f\u00e1zi kon\u010d\u00ed \u0161vihov\u00e1 f\u00e1ze kroku a za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 f\u00e1ze stojn\u00e1. Pata dopad\u00e1 na podlo\u017eku a poprv\u00e9 se j\u00ed dot\u00fdk\u00e1, a to sv\u00fdm zevn\u00edm (later\u00e1ln\u00edm) okrajem, je tedy v supina\u010dn\u00edm postaven\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>   2. Pln\u00fd kontakt paty s podlo\u017ekou \u2013 pata dolehne celou plochou na podlo\u017eku, prona\u010dn\u00ed pohyb. P\u0159edn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st nohy je je\u0161t\u011b nad podlo\u017ekou a chyst\u00e1 se na uchopen\u00ed podlo\u017eky. Prsty jsou rozta\u017een\u00e9, klenby jsou oplo\u0161t\u011bl\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>   3. Pln\u00fd kontakt chodidla s podlo\u017ekou \u2013 cel\u00e1 plocha plosky nohy se op\u0159e o podlo\u017eku. Klouby nohy jsou v neutr\u00e1ln\u00edm postaven\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>   4. Odlepen\u00ed paty a odraz \u0161pi\u010dkou nohy \u2013 v posledn\u00ed f\u00e1zi stojn\u00e9 f\u00e1ze kroku se odlep\u00ed pata. Nejprve jej\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st (medi\u00e1ln\u00ed) okraj, pot\u00e9 zevn\u00ed (later\u00e1ln\u00ed) okraj. Noha prov\u00e1d\u00ed supinaci, prsty nohy dr\u017e\u00ed podlo\u017eku a jsou p\u0159i tom ve flexi a addukci, ob\u011b klenby se vyklenuj\u00ed. Po odrazu se kotn\u00edk dost\u00e1v\u00e1 do dorz\u00e1ln\u00ed flexe, flexe v kotn\u00edku a za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 \u0161vihov\u00e1 f\u00e1ze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>   Doporu\u010duji vyzkou\u0161et!!!
